CB Talents SP in Lisbon is seeking a French & English Customer Service & AI Content Specialist to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI outputs in both languages, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This on-site role requires a 24/7 rotational schedule and strict adherence to guidelines.

The position offers a base salary of €930 gross per month, a €200 complexity bonus, accommodation support of €280 per month for up to 12 months, and a comprehensive relocation package for those moving to Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Availability to work 24/7 rotational shifts on-site in Lisbon.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills for evaluating language models.
• Ability to follow strict quality, safety, and data security guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Review, label, and annotate French and English text and AI model outputs using detailed guidelines.
• Assess AI responses for quality, accuracy, relevance, safety, and policy compliance.
• Identify edge cases, errors, and inconsistencies to provide actionable feedback for model improvement.
• Apply complex annotation guidelines consistently across diverse content types.
• Maintain data security, confidentiality, and high-quality standards under target deadlines.
