Requirements include native or fluent French (C2) and advanced English (C1), willingness to work 40 hours/week, EU work status for Portugal, and strong analytical skills. The role offers a 1,050 EUR gross monthly salary (12 payments) with performance bonuses.

• Improve the content management strategy for short video platforms.
• Coordinate with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates the policies.
• Meet and exceed our service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets.
• Follow the direction of management and provide feedback.

• Meet and exceed our service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets
• Be responsible to follow the direction of management and provide feedback.

Requirements

You need to have the requirements below in order to be selected:

• Native or proficient level ofFrench (C2)
• Advanced level ofEnglish(at least C1) both verbal and written
• Ability to adapt to a challenging software system.
• Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver
• Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
• Availability to work onsite
• Availability to work 24x7 (40 hours/week)
