Speakitjobs in Lisbon is seeking a Spanish Content Moderator to join a multicultural team. You will ensure safety and compliance for short-form video content, and contribute to standards for online community security and content management strategy.

The ideal candidate is a native Spanish speaker with advanced English, willing to work onsite in Portugal, and holding EU citizenship or a valid work permit. This role offers training, growth opportunities, and a vibrant work culture.

Qualificações

• Native or proficient level of Spanish (C2).
• Advanced level of English (C1) both verbal and written.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
• Availability to work onsite and 24x7 (40 hours/week).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to your platform.
• Develop, improve, and maintain standards for the security of online communities.
• Improve the content management strategy for short video platforms.
• Coordinate with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates policies.
• Meet and exceed service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets.
• Follow management direction and provide feedback.

As aContent Moderatorin this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to your platform
• Be responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of our online communities
• Improve the content management strategy for short video platforms
• Be responsible for coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates the policies
• Meet and exceed our service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets
• Be responsible to follow the direction of management and provide feedback

Requirements

You need to have the requirements below in order to be selected:

• Native or proficient level ofSpanish(C2)
• Advanced level ofEnglish(at least C1) both verbal and written
• Ability to adapt to a challenging software system.
• Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver
• Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
• Availability to work onsite
• Availability to work 24x7 (40 hours/week)
