WW Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Advisor to assist French-speaking customers and deliver exceptional service in a multinational environment.

You will handle inquiries, provide clear solutions, and maintain high customer satisfaction while working in rotating shifts entirely on-site in Lisbon.

Location

Sete Rios, Lisbon, Portugal – On-site (No relocation support is provided)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: €1,100 gross/*14- month
• €150 Language Package
• Performance & attendance bonus up to €80
• €7 meal allowance per working day

Work Schedule

Monday–Sunday: 08:00–22:00 with rotating shifts (5 days/week; 8 hours/day; 2 rotating days off per week)

Your Role

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will assist French-speaking customers, handle inquiries, and provide clear and effective solutions while delivering a positive customer experience.
