Job summary

The Career Nest is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Car Rental Division) to support a leading European car rental brand in Porto. This 100% on-site role offers a 6-month contract and a fixed gross salary of €1,000 monthly, paid on a 14-month schedule, plus a daily meal allowance of €7.63.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and messaging, resolve post-rental issues, and upsell optional products and mobility services.

Key Highlights & Position Details

• Position: Customer Service Representative (Car Rental Division)
• Location: Porto, Portugal
• Work Type: 100% On-site
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 18:00 (rotational daytime shifts)
• Days Off: Every Saturday and Sunday off
• Contract Type: 6-month contract

Compensation & Benefits Package

• Gross Salary: €1,000 gross per month (paid over 14 months per year)
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day
• Comprehensive Relocation Support:
  • Shared accommodation provided for up to 12 months for candidates moving from outside Portugal (detailed conditions discussed during the interview; flight tickets are not covered)

Core Responsibilities

Requirements
