Career Nest Academy in Porto, Portugal, is hiring French & English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support a leading car rental brand on-site. The position includes a 6-month contract, Monday–Friday shifts between 07:00 and 18:00, and weekends off, with relocation support for up to 12 months.

You will deliver personalized care by phone, email and chat, handle post-rental questions, and upsell relevant services.

Qualificações

• Full professional fluency in French and English.
• 1+ years of customer service or contact center experience (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Comfort working with modern digital tools and internal systems.

• Position: Customer Service Representative (Car Rental Division)
• Location: Porto, Portugal
• Work Type: 100% On-site
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 18:00 (rotational daytime shifts)
• Days Off: Every Saturday and Sunday off
• Contract Type: 6-month contract

Compensation & Benefits Package:

• Gross Salary: €1,000 gross per month (paid over 14 months per year)
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day
• Comprehensive Relocation Support:
  • Shared accommodation provided for up to 12 months for candidates moving from outside Portugal (detailed conditions discussed during the interview; flight tickets are not covered)
  • Dedicated on-the-ground support to help you settle smoothly into life in Porto

Requirements:

• Full professional fluency / native level in French and English (both written and spoken)
• 1+ years of previous experience in a customer service or contact center environment (preferred)

• Comfort working with modern digital tools and internal support systems
