Cross Border Talents in Aveiro, Portugal, seeks a Customer Support Advisor fluent in French and English to join our international team. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, provide accurate product information, and document interactions while upholding high customer satisfaction and quality standards.

Qualificações

• French: C1/C2 level (spoken and written).
• English: B2 level or higher.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Customer oriented attitude.
• Good computer skills.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer support in French via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Deliver accurate information about products and services.
• Document customer interactions using internal systems.
