Cross Border Talents in Portugal is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for high-quality support across phone, email, chat and other channels. You will handle inquiries about orders, accounts, products and services, provide clear information, and guide customers to resolution.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2) languages.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in travel sector.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive, customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
