Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Specialist to support customers across orders, accounts, and products. You will communicate through phone, email, chat, and digital platforms to resolve inquiries and ensure a positive experience throughout the support process.

Fluency in French (C1/C2) and English (B2) is required, with EUwork eligibility in Portugal. Strong analytical and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn in the travel field are essential.

• Guide customers through relevant processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback to support continuous process and service improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures through regular training.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
