Cross Border Talents in Portugal seeks a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email, chat and digital channels.

You will provide professional, personalized support on orders, accounts, products and services, aiming to deliver exceptional experiences and smooth resolutions. This onsite role offers relocation support and a competitive salary.

Competenze

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2 level).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and growth-minded in travel.

Mansioni

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.

• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.

Requirements:
