Key requirements include fluency in French (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, procedures, and policies through continuous training.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
