Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a French Content Moderator to maintain a safe online environment by reviewing content, investigating reports, and enforcing community standards. You will identify harmful behavior and support improvements to trust and safety processes.

Qualified candidates will be fluent in French and English, with strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English at least B1/B2 level.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Experience in moderating online communities or trust and safety is an advantage.
• Valid Authorization to work in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate user-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines and platform policies.
• Investigate, assess, elevate, and resolve issues reported by users or flagged by internal systems.
• Analyze data to determine severity and impact of incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on trust and safety matters.
• Monitor trends to identify risks and prevent abuse.
• Develop reports to support improvements in safety operations.
• Provide recommendations to enhance user safety and reduce misuse.
• Enforce policies consistently to maintain a secure community.
