Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a French Content Moderator to help safeguard a global ecommerce platform and ensure a safe, high-quality shopping experience for users worldwide.

You will review listings and user posts for policy compliance, uphold community standards, and adapt to evolving rules with an analytical mindset. The role offers a competitive salary plus a 3000 Euros welcome bonus and relocation assistance.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in French (C1/C2 level).
• Proficiency in English (B2 level).
• EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card.
• At least one year of experience in Content Moderation.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Desire to learn and advance in the field.

Responsabilidades

• Review and assess content across the platform to verify alignment with company policies, community standards, and applicable laws
• Analyze user submissions—including product listings and posts with accuracy, fairness, and cultural awareness
• Maintain a high standard of quality and contribute to platform safety across all user interactions
• Navigate changing priorities and policy updates while adhering strictly to established workflows and moderation protocols
• Flag and elevate complex or sensitive content according to internal escalation procedures
• Keep up to date with evolving moderation best practices, product changes, and industry standards
• Support the platform’s mission to provide a safe, trusted, and user-friendly environment for buyers and sellers worldwide
