Cross Border Talents is hiring a French Content Moderator in Porto to review user-generated content for policy and legal compliance. You will help maintain a safe and respectful online space, applying guidelines and ensuring consistent moderation across posts, images, and videos.

The role requires proficiency in French (C1/C2) and English (B2), with at least 1 year of moderation or related analytical experience.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in French at C1/C2 and English at B2.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency required.
• Minimum 1 year of content moderation or similar analytical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Make accurate, unbiased, culturally informed moderation decisions.
• Promote a safe, inclusive online environment.
• Follow established guidelines and adapt to updates as needed.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when necessary.
• Stay informed about policy changes and moderation best practices.
