Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.

Responsabilidades

• Review user-generated content (text, images, videos, links) according to policies.
• Apply moderation standards consistently to make accurate decisions.
• Manage user appeals and content-related requests professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high content quality and platform standards.
• Identify emerging trends and flag harmful or suspicious activity for investigation.
• Escalate complex cases per procedures and compliance requirements.
• Provide feedback to improve moderation processes and tools.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow platform policies when handling sensitive content.
• Keep up to date with policy changes and moderation best practices.
