Cross Border Talents is seeking a French Content Moderator to ensure a safe online environment. You will review user content, investigate reports, and enforce platform policies while collaborating with trust and safety teams.

This on-site role in Sofia, Bulgaria requires fluency in French and English, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Starting late August/September with 40 hours per week and a monthly salary of €1,485, plus a relocation package.

Qualificações

• Fluency in French and English (minimum B1/B2).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Experience reviewing content, moderating online communities, customer support, compliance, risk management, or trust and safety operations is an advantage.
• Valid Authorization to work in Bulgaria.

Responsabilidades

• Review and evaluate user-generated content, including profiles, videos, messages, and other reported content, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and platform policies.
• Investigate, assess, elevate, and resolve issues reported by users or flagged by internal systems.
• Analyze data and contextual information to accurately determine the severity and impact of reported incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams when handling sensitive or complex trust and safety matters.
• Monitor trends and emerging risks to identify potential threats and prevent abuse before it occurs.
• Develop qualitative and quantitative reports to support continuous improvement, optimization, and innovation within trust and safety operations.
• Review new and existing platform features, providing recommendations that enhance user safety and reduce opportunities for misuse.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and secure community experience by enforcing policies consistently and fairly.
