GuestReady in Porto is seeking a Freelance Meet & Greeter to represent our brand on the ground. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins, coordinate with service providers, and ensure smooth arrivals at partner properties in Porto.

Ideal candidates are self-employed, fluent in English and Portuguese, with own transport, and a flexible schedule. This freelance role offers part-time hours and the opportunity to earn extra income while gaining hands-on hospitality experience.

Your Mission

Be the face of GuestReady on the ground and create smooth, memorable guest experiences by:

• Welcoming guests and managing check-ins
• Handling key pick-ups and deliveries
• Performing property quality checks
• Coordinating with service providers
• Delivering essential items to properties
• Explaining appliances, heating, and property features
• Troubleshooting minor issues when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in English & Portuguese
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
• Own transportation (car or motorbike required)
• Detail-oriented with high quality standards
• Comfortable with digital tools (Slack & internal systems – training included)
• Flexible schedule (check-ins can happen any day, between 11 AM and midnight)
