Job summary

GuestReady is seeking responsible cleaning staff for short-term rental properties in Azores, Portugal. The role focuses on keeping properties clean, organized, and fully prepared for guest arrivals, upholding GuestReady’s high standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning after check-outs, changing linens, restocking essentials, and reporting any damages. The work is in rotating shifts across seven days a week, with two days off per week and one full weekend off per month.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
• Reliability, punctuality, and organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work rotating schedules, including weekends when required.
• A valid driver’s license is a plus.

About The Role

We are looking for responsible, organized, and detail-oriented professionals to join our cleaning team for short-term rental properties in Azores.

The main goal of this role is to ensure that each property is clean, organized, and fully prepared to welcome new guests, maintaining GuestReady’s high quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing apartments after guest check-outs.
• Changing and preparing bed linen and towels.
• Restocking amenities and essential supplies.
• Reporting damages, maintenance needs, or irregularities found in the property.
• Ensuring all properties meet the company’s cleaning and quality standards.
• Providing support to the warehouse team when required.

Schedule and Work Arrangement

• Temporary full-time position.
• 8 working hours per day.
• Work schedules organized in rotating shifts, according to operational needs.
• Operations run seven days per week.
• Two rotating days off per week.
• One full weekend off per month.
