You will own market expansion, build partner relationships, and drive performance with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach. Flexible, global environment with travel and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Experience in franchise development or store launches in Germany is preferred.
• Fluency in German and English is essential.
• Ability to travel and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record in business development or partnership management.
• Ability to organize, coordinate, and drive projects to completion.

Responsabilidades

• Be responsible for the development of Emma's franchise network in Germany and ensure its success
• Define and drive a lead generation strategy to identify and attract qualified franchise candidates in the German market
• Manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the development process
• Build deep market mastery and full ownership of your market: local dynamics, competition, catchment areas, expansion potential
• Develop a strategic plan for franchise network expansion covering all aspects of the business (legal, financial, operational, marketing)
• Negotiate franchise agreements with empathy, building trusted, long-term relationships with partners
• Be an inspirational example for team members through high performance and demonstrated leadership
