Emma – The Sleep Company seeks a Franchise Development Lead to grow its German franchise network. You will identify qualified candidates, manage internal and external partners, and own market expansion from strategy to execution.

You should bring 2+ years in project/franchise development, travel flexibility, and fluency in German and English, with a plus for prior Germany store launches and D2C experience. This full-time role offers global collaboration and growth potential.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in project management or franchise development.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience in franchise development or store launches in Germany is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong empathic and negotiation skills.
• Able to drive projects to completion on time.
• First-hand experience in business development or lead generation is a plus.
• Experience launching a store or franchise is a plus.
• Structured, self-reliant, responsible.
• Able to organize and coordinate independently.
• Passionate, self-confident, comfortable approaching new people.
• Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Be responsible for the development of Emma's franchise network in Germany and ensure its success.
• Define and drive a lead generation strategy to identify and attract qualified franchise candidates in the German market.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the development process.
• Build market mastery and full ownership of your market: local dynamics, competition, catchment areas, expansion potential.
• Develop a strategic plan for franchise network expansion covering legal, financial, operational, marketing aspects.
• Negotiate franchise agreements with empathy and build long-term partner relationships.
• Be an inspirational example for the team through high performance and leadership.
