Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a driven professional to lead franchise development in France, transitioning a 30-store network from distributor to franchise and building a pipeline of candidates. You will define lead-gen strategies and manage stakeholders throughout development.

You will own market insights, expand the franchise footprint, and negotiate agreements with empathy. A strong entrepreneurial mindset, fluency in French and English, and proven ability to deliver on complex

Qualificações

• 4+ years in project management or network/franchise development.
• Availability to travel.
• Fluent in French and English; other languages a plus.
• Experience in franchise development or store launches in France is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with empathic and negotiation skills.
• Ability to drive projects to completion with strong organizational habits.

Responsabilidades

• Be responsible for the development of Emma's franchise network in France and ensure its success.
• Lead the transition of a 30-store network from distributor to franchise with candidates in place.
• Define and drive a lead generation strategy to attract qualified franchise candidates in France.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders throughout development and conversion.
• Build deep market mastery and own local dynamics, competition and expansion potential.
• Develop a strategic plan for franchise network expansion and conversion across legal, financial, operational, and marketing aspects.
• Negotiate franchise agreements with empathy to build long-term partnerships.
• Inspire the team with high performance and leadership.
