Emma – The Sleep Company in Lisbon is seeking a Franchise Development Lead to drive the expansion of the German market. You will own the franchise strategy, identify qualified candidates, and manage partnerships with legal, real estate, and internal teams to ensure successful launches.

The role requires German and English fluency, a proactive entrepreneurial mindset, and a willingness to travel. Join our international team and help shape our global expansion strategies.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in project management or franchise development.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience in franchise development or store launches in Germany is a plus.
• Degree in business administration, marketing, or related field is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop Emma's franchise network in Germany and ensure its success.
• Define and drive lead generation for qualified franchise candidates in Germany.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders through the development process.
• Build market mastery: local dynamics, competition, catchment areas, expansion potential.
• Develop a strategic expansion plan covering legal, financial, operational, and marketing aspects.
• Negotiate franchise agreements with empathy and build long-term relationships.
• Lead by example with high performance and decisive leadership.
