Emma Sleep is seeking a results-driven professional to lead the development of our franchise network in Germany. You will own lead generation strategies, coordinate with internal teams and partners, and drive strong franchise performance with empathy and negotiation at the core.

You will build market mastery of German dynamics, plan expansion across legal, financial, operational, and marketing dimensions, and maintain high standards of ownership and delivery.

Qualificações

• More than 2 years of experience in project management or network/franchise development.
• Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus.
• Experience in franchise development or store launches in Germany is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong empathic and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to drive projects to completion on time.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Be responsible for the development of Emma's franchise network in Germany and ensure its success
• Define and drive a lead generation strategy to identify and attract qualified franchise candidates in the German market
• Manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the development process
• Build deep market mastery and full ownership of your market: local dynamics, competition, catchment areas, expansion potential
• Develop a strategic plan for franchise network expansion covering all aspects of the business (legal, financial, operational, marketing)
• Negotiate franchise agreements with empathy, building trusted, long-term relationships with partners
• Be an inspirational example for team members through high performance and demonstrated leadership
