Emma Sleep, the world’s largest D2C sleep brand, seeks a Franchise Development Lead for France. You will own the transition of a 30-store distributor network to franchise, build a robust candidate pipeline, and drive growth through strategic planning and stakeholder management.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, negotiate franchise agreements, and travel as needed to execute expansion plans. A strong entrepreneurial mindset and fluency in French and English are essential.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in project management or network/franchise development.
• Fluent in French and English; other languages a plus.
• Experience launching stores or franchises in France is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong empathy and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop Emma's franchise network in France and ensure its success.
• Lead transition of 30-store distributor network to a franchise model.
• Define and drive lead generation to attract qualified candidates in France.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders through development and conversion processes.
• Build market mastery: local dynamics, competition, catchment areas, expansion potential.
• Develop strategic plan for network expansion covering legal, financial, operational, marketing aspects.
• Negotiate franchise agreements with empathy and foster long-term partnerships.
• Inspire the team with high performance and leadership.
