Jobgether, partnering with a forward-thinking team in Portugal, seeks a Staff-level Product Designer to lead AI-native product experiences that transform learning, collaboration, and workplace interactions. You will shape design direction, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and drive end-to-end ownership from exploration to launch in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

You will craft conversational AI experiences, define interaction patterns, and ensure trust, transparency, and usability

Qualifications

• Staff-level product design experience, with ability to lead major initiatives and influence direction.
• Experience designing AI-powered products or agentic capabilities.
• Exceptional craft in interaction and visual design with portfolio demonstrating impact.
• Ability to translate ambiguous challenges into clear product direction and opportunities.
• Understanding of AI capabilities, model limitations, and product constraints.
• Experience creating workflows with transparency, reliability, and trust in AI outputs.
• End-to-end ownership from exploration to launch and optimization.
• Ability to test concepts quickly and decide when high-fidelity prototypes are needed.
• Strong communication to present decisions and influence stakeholders.
• Customer-focused mindset using user research and feedback for enterprise needs.

Responsabilités

• Own major AI-native product initiatives from problem framing to prototyping and launch.
• Define design vision and strategy across conversational and AI-powered experiences.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to align design decisions with business goals.
• Design conversational AI interactions and intuitive AI workflows.
• Improve AI output quality with structured workflows and contextual guidance.
• Prototype and validate concepts using rapid testing and feedback.
• Raise design craft standards across interaction, visual design, and usability.
• Incorporate customer needs and enterprise requirements into decisions.
• Influence cross-functional teams through clear design rationale.
• Balance automation with appropriate user control, transparency, and trust.
