Job summary

Collaborate with leadership, developers, and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, reader-friendly content. This role emphasizes value, impact, and experimentation with new topics and formats.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience creating, writing, and editing high-quality content.
• Previous experience leading a small team of writers with constructive feedback.
• A quality-first mindset focused on content value and impact.
• Demonstrated ownership of content performance, with the ability to explain achievements and their contribution to business results.
• Hands-on experience with SEO and optimization for AI-driven search.
• Experience creating content for software, SaaS, or other technical products, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, engaging language.
• Confidence working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the content direction, setting editorial priorities and identifying topics and formats with the greatest potential value.
• Edit and improve new and existing content to ensure clarity, accuracy, relevance, and a consistently high editorial standard.
• Use AI tools to support content research, drafting, and editing while applying strong editorial judgment and maintaining quality.
• Lead and support a small team of writers, providing constructive feedback and helping them develop their skills.
• Take ownership of content performance, tracking results and using data to guide improvements.
• Improve content visibility through SEO and optimization for AI-powered search, including GEO and AEO strategies.
• Experiment with new topics, formats, and approaches, evaluating performance and scaling successful initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, developers, and product teams to translate technical expertise and product knowledge into engaging, reader‑friendly content.
