You will manage daily activities, coordinate with Engineering, Front Desk and Laundry, hire/train staff, and address issues with the Front Desk. The role requires leadership, safety compliance, and a commitment to exemplary service.

This full-time position offers a dynamic hotel environment in the Algarve.

Qualificações

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: At least 1 year in related work.
• Supervisory experience: At least 1 year.
• License or Certification: None

Responsabilidades

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and pool areas after cleaning to ensure quality.
• Run room reports, verify status, prioritize cleaning, and update departures.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry.
• Prepare and communicate changes in room assignments.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Follow safety policies and protect assets.
• Provide courteous guest service and maintain professional appearance.
