Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Care & Recall Agent to join our client in Lisbon. This on-site role focuses on delivering high-quality customer and recall support, managing cases, and ensuring customer satisfaction using Flemish and English.

Work hours are 08:00–17:00 Lisbon time with fixed shifts. Relocation to Lisbon or existing residency in Portugal is required. The position offers a stable, on-site working arrangement.
