Escalate complex, sensitive, or exceptional cases to the appropriate teams according to established procedures.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and within the required timeframe.

Meet established KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times.

Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, procedures, and best practices through ongoing training and development.

Requirements

Language Skills: Fluent in Flemish (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
