Satispay seeks a strategic Legal Counsel to guide regulatory, contractual, and product decisions in payments, e-money, and consumer credit. You will advise senior leadership and collaborate with product and engineering teams to build compliant fintech solutions.

This role requires a qualified lawyer with 5–10 years PQE and deep PSD2/AML/KYC knowledge. Relocation to Luxembourg is offered, with stock options, relocation assistance, and flexible work policies.

Qualificações

Qualified lawyer with 5+ PQE (ideally 8–10 years).
Deep fintech and payments regulatory knowledge (PSD2, AML/KYC, EMRs, CCD2).
Analytical thinker with strong judgment and risk-based decision making.
Technical and commercial awareness in fintech, payments, and consumer lending with engineers.

Responsabilidades

Provide high-level legal guidance in fintech, payments, e-money, and consumer credit.
Product development support—collaborate cross-functionally to design compliant products and services.
Regulatory compliance advisory on PSD2, AML/KYC, e-money, and CCD2.
