Satispay is seeking a FinCrime AML/CTF Manager to lead the 1st line AML/CTF operations, translating policies into practical risk management across the customer lifecycle. The role requires a strong regulatory mindset and experience scaling teams within fintech.

Relocation to Luxembourg is mandatory, with support provided. You will partner with Product, Compliance, and Analytics to maintain robust controls and a secure user experience while driving operational excellence.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in AML/CTF operations within fintech, digital banking, or payments.
• 2+ years leading and managing dedicated AML/CTF teams.
• Profound understanding of EU AML Directives and FATF, with Luxembourg regulatory knowledge.
• Professional certifications such as CAMS, ICA, or equivalent.
• Experience with transaction monitoring, SAR/STR review, and risk-rating frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Own and scale the 1st line AML/CTF operations team.
• Translate compliance policies into actionable risk management processes.
• Oversee customer risk assessments and lifecycle reviews.
• Collaborate with Product to define onboarding requirements that balance compliance and UX.
• Manage surveillance, detection, and scenario calibrations.
