Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Quality Checker Agent to maintain high quality in the business environment. You will perform quality checks on the team’s work following a quality framework and interpret quality trends to improve performance.

You will assess QC scores and provide one-on-one mentorship to staff. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 1 year in a similar role, fluent English (C1), AML/CAMS/ICA certifications, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law or related field preferred
• 12th Grade/Highschool Diploma is the minimum requirement
• Full proficient in English (Read, Write, and Speak) C1 level
• One or more AML/Financial Crime/Compliance certifications (ICA or CAMS) required or preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks following Client procedures and framework
• Assess QC Scores and conduct Quality RCA
• Provide one-on-one mentorship to team members
• Contribute to improvement of team performance through insights
