Job summary

Claranet limited in Lisbon is seeking an Account Manager for the Financial Services Industry to maintain and grow strategic client relationships and to drive revenue opportunities.

You will serve as the primary contact for assigned financial services clients, collaborate with technical teams to scope and price solutions, and develop comprehensive account plans aligned with client roadmaps and company capabilities.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT, marketing, or management (preferential).
• Experience in corporate/enterprise sales, IT sector preferred.
• Knowledge of the financial sector (banking & insurance).
• Experience as account/sales manager or sales developer.
• Experience selling technological solutions.
• Strong commercial drive and deadline discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; other languages a plus.
• Technical knowledge of Cloud (Private and Public).

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for assigned financial services clients and grow relationships.
• Conduct regular client check-ins and business reviews; pursue new opportunities.
• Develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to scope and price solutions.
• Create comprehensive annual account plans for key clients.
• Analyze client objectives and technology roadmaps; align with company capabilities.
