Job summary

HN Services in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Consultant to provide front-line support for financial applications and help ensure the smooth operation of our business-critical systems.

You will manage client tickets from opening to resolution, investigate incidents, perform data extraction and configuration requests, and assist with product releases, reporting and KPIs. Fluent Portuguese and English are required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent Portuguese and English; French is a plus.
• Experience in production or application support.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage client tickets from opening to resolution, keeping clients informed throughout.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes and provide first-level technical support.
• Handle reporting, data extraction and application configuration requests.
• Support product releases, version changes and risk assessments.
• Prepare incident reports, operational KPIs and customer review meetings.
• Maintain support procedures and contribute to improvements in monitoring and automation.
