Hr4All is seeking a Customer Support Specialist fluent in French and English to provide professional assistance to customers in the French market. The role is on-site in Lisbon, offering a multicultural team environment and comprehensive training to ensure success from day one.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat, follow internal processes and quality standards, and identify sales opportunities when appropriate.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in French (C1/C2) and English (B2 or above).
• Previous experience in customer service or similar role preferred.
• Strong communication skills and customer empathy.
• Ability to adapt to different types of customers and resolve issues efficiently.
• Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Team spirit and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Aufgaben

• Deliver accurate, polite, and professional support via phone, email, or chat.
• Assist customers from the French market with queries regarding household appliances.
• Provide tailored solutions and clear information based on internal processes and quality standards.
• Identify sales opportunities when appropriate, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
• Maintain high service levels by following Quality Guidelines and KPIs.
• Collaborate with team members to drive ongoing improvements in customer experience and satisfaction.
• Work in rotational shifts between 07:00 and 17:00, from Monday to Saturday (Days off: Sunday and one additional rotating day).
