Job summary

A technology services company is seeking a Field Technician to support client installations and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on-site in Lisbon. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Portuguese, have proven experience with client installations, and possess a driving license. Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting clients with laptops and printers.
• Experience in troubleshooting Windows operating systems and MacOS.
• Knowledge of ITSM tools and remote access tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, control and monitor software and hardware in Desktop Management environments.
• Implement requests for user account changes in Windows Active Directory.
• Resolve micro informatics issues at the client's premises or remotely.

Skills

Fluency in Portuguese

Fluency in English

Experience in installing and configuring clients

Experience in Windows operating systems

Experience in MacOS

Experience in Office 365 management

Knowledge of networking troubleshooting

Driving License
