Ytech is hiring for a Field Support Technician to provide both on-site and remote IT support in the Seixal area. The role targets candidates with at least 2 years of experience in IT field support or service desk environments and solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and ServiceNow.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with network connectivity, and manage incidents through ITSM tools.

Qualificações

Proven experience in IT field support or service desk environments.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and basic macOS knowledge.
Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
Experience using ServiceNow (ITSM).
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
Basic experience with Active Directory.
Experience handling hardware interventions.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Service orientation.
Basic technical English.
