Job summary

Hotel Infante Sagres in Porto is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to coordinate and elevate all F&B outlets. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to ensure outstanding guest experiences and brand-aligned service across restaurant, cocktail bar, wine bar, and pool areas.

You will lead diverse F&B teams, manage budgets, drive sales through upselling, and ensure compliance with food safety and brand standards while staying engaged on the floor during peak
