Qualifikationen

• At least 2-3 years' of F&B supervisory experience in hotels or related industries.
• Fluency in local language (Portuguese) is a must; English is highly valuable.
• Working knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office, TMS) and POS systems.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• High level of commercial awareness and sales capabilities.
• Interpersonal and communication skills; ability to resolve problems efficiently.

• Manage day-to-day F&B operations and ensure brand standards.
• Organize, coordinate and supervise restaurant staff shifts.
• Train team members and provide feedback on performance.
