Want More in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our busy kitchen and deliver a memorable dining experience. You will oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation while managing a dynamic team.

You will develop creative menus for diverse guests, train staff on safety and quality standards, and work with management to monitor inventory and control costs. Fluent English is required; Portuguese is a plus. This is a full-time evening/weekend role.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a busy restaurant.
• Degree or certification in Culinary Arts preferred.
• Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese knowledge is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking and presentation.
• Develop creative menus meeting diverse clientele needs.
• Train kitchen staff on food handling techniques and safety.
• Monitor inventory and ensure freshness and quality of ingredients.
• Collaborate with management to control food costs and budgets.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and stay ahead of industry trends.
