PeakNet is looking for an Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations at our high-end restaurant in Lisbon. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of chefs, ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes served.

Your responsibilities include creating menus, managing inventory and budgets, and maintaining food safety standards. This is a contract position that offers accommodation and additional benefits for non-EU applicants, including a free visa and ticket.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate a team to ensure high-quality food preparation.
• Create seasonal menus while meeting budget requirements.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize waste.

Conhecimentos

Culinary degree or equivalent experience

Strong leadership skills

Excellent communication skills

Basic knowledge of Portuguese
