Job summary

Yuno is hiring a Financial Services Growth Manager to own a strategic portfolio of European partners—acquirers, APMs, banks and fraud providers—and drive revenue through joint GTM and direct commercial opportunities. This is a high-ownership, commission-driven role in a fast-moving payments environment.

You will source partners, run joint planning, and push opportunities from identification to close, with cross-functional support across Product, Legal and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• What you will bring: 5+ years in partnerships, BD or commercial roles in payments/fintech.
• Proven ability to hit commercial targets in partnerships or BD.
• Experience selling to payment providers or banks, not only through them.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined portfolio of European partners and act as their primary commercial contact.
• Build joint account plans with each partner featuring shared targets and opportunities.
• Track portfolio health on revenue and pipeline and act when performance falters.
• Source qualified leads through partner networks against quarterly targets.
• Run joint pipeline sessions with partner sales teams to surface merchant opportunities.
• Design and execute joint go-to-market campaigns and co-sell rails.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal and Commercial teams; manage complex deals end-to-end.
• Expand partnerships into new markets, products and business lines.
