BYD Iberia is seeking an Auto Finance Manager to support BYD’s finance and leasing activities in a European market. The role develops local finance programs, collaborates with banks, and ensures regulatory compliance while driving business growth.

The candidate will manage retail and dealer financing, monitor portfolio performance, and report insights to senior management in a fast-paced, international environment. Proficiency in English is required; other European languages are a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in auto finance, preferably within captive finance, leasing companies or banks.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience in financial analysis and portfolio monitoring.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional European languages are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with local finance, sales, and legal teams to roll out finance programs.
• Design and manage retail and business finance products (leasing, loans, balloon).
• Partner with banks and leasing companies to optimise offers and pricing.
• Track portfolio performance (penetration, margin, risk) and report insights to management.
• Establish relationships with banks to secure funding lines and support dealer network.
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance across financing activities.
• Coordinate cross-border financing with group teams and prepare strategic reports.
