BYD Europe is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to ensure smooth flow of goods from factories to our retail network. You will coordinate logistics operations and providers, monitor performance, and support end-to-end process improvements.

The role requires experience in logistics, strong numerical skills, and proficiency with MS Excel and ERP systems. You will work across freight forwarders, customs, and internal teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Qualificações

• Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration.
• Professional experience in logistics, allocation, or production planning, in the automotive sector.
• Strong management and communication skills in dealing with logistics/transport service providers and business partners.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style, with strong team spirit.

Responsabilidades

• Planning, monitoring, and optimizing the supply chain from the factory to delivery to our retail partners.
• Operational and strategic management of logistics and transport service providers, including performance monitoring and contract management.
• Coordination of transport modes (sea, rail, and road) with a focus on cost, time, and quality.
• Collaboration with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal departments.
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and import regulations.
• Analyzing logistics processes and deriving measures to improve efficiency.
• Verificating, reconciliating, and filing of vendor invoices to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Supporting projects aimed at process optimization within the operations area.
