BYD Group Iberia is seeking a senior Network Development professional to drive expansion, optimization and performance of the dealer network across the national territory. You will ensure alignment with brand standards, conduct audits, and monitor KPIs to improve profitability and customer experience.

You will collaborate with internal teams on project delivery, standardize processes and analyze financial performance to identify risks and opportunities.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Network Development, automotive sector preferred.
• Strong understanding of dealer KPIs and network operations.
• Experience in business planning, financial analysis and performance monitoring.
• Project management and process improvement experience.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and expand the dealer network across the national territory according to HQ guidelines.
• Ensure dealer facilities meet corporate standards and conduct compliance audits.
• Monitor dealer performance against plans and KPIs, supporting profitability improvements.
• Drive customer experience and capability development across the network.
• Manage network projects and coordinate with internal teams to implement initiatives.
• Analyse network financials and standardize processes to reduce inefficiencies.
