BYD Europe is expanding its dealer network across Portugal, driving strategy and operational excellence. You will oversee location development, dealer appointments, and rollout of new formats in line with HQ guidelines, while ensuring facilities meet brand standards.

You will monitor performance, support annual plans, improve processes, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experience and sustainable growth.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Network Development in automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of dealer business models, KPIs and operations.
• Experience in business planning, financial analysis and performance monitoring.
• Project management and process improvement experience.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Spanish and English (high level) required.
• High availability to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new strategic locations and market opportunities.
• Implement and oversee network development strategy with dealer appointments, renewals and rollout.
• Ensure dealer facilities comply with corporate standards and audit compliance.
• Monitor dealer performance against KPIs and support annual business plans.
• Track customer satisfaction indicators and drive capability development.
• Manage network-related projects and coordinate with internal teams.
