Ersilia in Lisbon is hiring Social Media Content Moderators to support a major social media client operating in Estonia. You will review reported content in Estonian and English, assess ads for compliance, and document findings for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• C1 level in Estonian
• B2 level in English

Responsibilities

• Review reported content in Estonian and English to ensure policy compliance
• Assess advertisements for legality and appropriateness
• Investigate violations using internal tools and verify claims
• Maintain compliance with platform guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Document moderation activities and prepare reports on findings
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to resolve issues
• Provide feedback to improve moderation processes and policies
• Stay updated on changes in regulations and platform policies
