CloserHire is hiring Social Media Content Moderators to join our Lisbon team. You will review content and ads for compliance, handling cases across Estonian and English. The role supports a major social media platform and involves working in a relocated setting with assistance and relocation coverage.

Relocation includes accommodation, flights, and private health cover. The position starts on a temporary 12-month contract with potential for permanence after two years, and a structured shift

Qualificações

• Ability to handle potentially stressful situations.
• Make decisions based on established rules and policies.
• Thrive in a dynamic, team-focused, structured environment.
• English at least B2; Estonian language at C1 is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Review reported content (images, video, text, ads) to ensure alignment with laws and platform policies in Estonian and English.
• Evaluate advertisements for compliance and remove or flag misleading or inappropriate content.
• Investigate reported violations using internal tools and document findings and actions.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to resolve complex issues and support policy development.
