CloserHire is seeking Social Media Content Moderators to join our teams in Lisbon, Portugal, supporting a major social media client operating in the Czech market. You will review reported content and ads, ensuring compliance with laws and platform policies in both Latvian and English, while collaborating with legal and compliance teams to resolve issues.

Relocation support includes housing and flight costs, private health cover, Portuguese classes, 22 days of holiday, and a 12-month contract

Qualificações

• Ability to handle potentially stressful situations.
• Ability to make decisions based on rules and policies.
• Fluent English at B2 level; native Czech speaker.

Responsabilidades

• Review reported content, including images, videos, text, and ads, to ensure alignment with legal standards and platform policies in Czech and English.
• Evaluate advertisements to ensure compliance and absence of misleading or harmful content.
• Investigate reported violations using internal tools and provide appropriate actions.
• Maintain detailed records of moderation activities and prepare reports on findings.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to resolve complex issues and support policy development.
