AVEC Human Resources Services is seeking an Estonian-speaking Content Moderator to join our Lisbon team for a 24/7 operation, in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment. Relocation support is included for candidates moving to Lisbon.

You will review videos and comments, enforce policies, and escalate sensitive cases to maintain platform safety while working on-site in Lisbon. English (B2) and Estonian fluency are required.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Estonian; good level of English (B2).
• Willing to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
• On-site relocation to Lisbon required.

Responsabilidades

• Review and moderate videos, images, comments and live interactions
• Apply internal policies and guidelines consistently
• Identify and escalate sensitive or critical cases
• Ensure platform safety by removing harmful or non-compliant content
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail
• Work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
